Dance with pride at our Third Annual Adult Queer Prom. This year's event is co-sponsored by Capital City Pride and Downtown Disciples, an LGBTQ+Affirming Progressive Faith Community. The 2019 Gay-la Adult Queer Prom kicks off the 2019 Capital City Pride Fest. It is a spectacular celebration for the LGBTQ+ community, their friends and Allied Adults ages 21+. The Gay-la includes:
*Fabulous DJ with the best equipment playing your favorite current dance tunes and those from days gone by.
*Superb refreshments so you can dance the night away.
*Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Each ticket includes two drink tickets. (alcoholic or non). Additional drinks can be purchased at the cash bar.
*Gorgeous accessible venue!
*Proceeds from the 2019 Gay-la benefit Capital City Pride. Capital City Pride brings together members of the LGBTQ+ community, their friends, allies, and supporters by producting events that inspire, educate, commemorate and celebrate our diverse community and culture with and for the grater Des Moines Metro.
